These are the questions agents ask most about AgentRank Checker, answered plainly: what it costs, what it keeps, how long a check takes, why a score changed and how to have a report removed. If yours is not here, email [email protected] and a human answers.

Is the check really free?

Yes. The report is free and there is no email box in the way. The Fix-It Guide, which explains how to repair each failed check, will ask for an email when it arrives. Everything on the report page is yours without one.

What is an AIQ score?

AIQ is a 0 to 100 score of how findable, readable and citable your website is for AI systems. Every one of the 40+ checks carries a weight; your AIQ is the share of the applicable weight you earned, with a letter grade from A+ to F on top.

What do you store when I run a check?

The report itself: the scores, the evidence lines and two screenshots, so the link keeps working when you share it. We do not keep a copy of your page, we set no cookies, and your IP address is only ever stored as a salted hash for rate limiting.

Why did my score change since last time?

Usually because the site changed: a plugin update, a new theme, a firewall rule, a page that used to load and now does not. Occasionally because the rubric moved. Every report records its rubric version, and the re-check line shows the difference against your previous report.

Does this replace SEO?

No. It sits on top of it. Search Foundations is one of the five core categories, because AI systems lean on the same basics search engines do. Answer engine optimization starts where good SEO leaves off.

Can I have a report removed?

Yes. Email us from an address at the domain in question, or with something that shows the site is yours, and we delete the report and its screenshots.

Do you run my JavaScript?

No, on purpose. Most AI crawlers do not either, so the checker reads the raw HTML your server sends. If your words only appear after scripts run, the report says so, because that is exactly what AI sees.

How long does a check take?

About 15 seconds. The engine fetches your page twice, once as a browser and once as an AI crawler, then reads robots.txt, your sitemap and llms.txt. It makes at most 14 requests in total and never runs your scripts.

Is the checker only for real estate agents?

It is built for them. Five of the six categories apply to any website, and the sixth checks the things only an agent site needs: license number, brokerage, market names, community pages. Every site gets the full rubric.

Who do I contact about a report?

Email [email protected]. Removal requests from a site owner are handled by hand and the report and its screenshots are deleted, no questions beyond confirming the site is yours. The privacy page lists exactly what a report contains.
